Welcome to G10 Discipleship! If you’re here, you fall in one of the following groups.
• You have never been discipled.
• You recognize something foundational is missing in your faith walk.
• You do not know the nine requirements to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Notice what is not mentioned here: time. Discipleship is necessary for the LIFE of the believer. If you are here and have been in relationship with the Lord for two years, 20 years, or 50 years, discipleship is still where we all begin to follow Jesus.
Discipleship is important because it is the process we enter to begin our faith walk. This does not mean your years of service up to this point are in vain. Do not doubt! Instead, discipleship is a chance for your faith to come alive in new ways.
The first cohort who completed the discipleship course reported increased understanding in areas of struggle. Where they thought they were the problem, or others were the problem, they learned through the Scriptures that the actual problem was a lack of discipleship. No one taught them how to follow Jesus!
This is the best move you can make for yourself, and for walking successfully and obediently in your calling. Come, and be discipled! Here is our class schedule.
