Catch Up!

What if this is what we look like in our souls, swimming in our feelings?

Far from land or stationary position.

Constantly treading, moving, and getting more fatigued. No real planned destination or resolve in sight. Just… swimming.

Not even for medal or achievement. But internal antics that keep us from real strength training.

We float, and let our feelings carry us to who knows where.

Or, we have moments of panic where we let our feelings overwhelm us and in the flailing of breakdowns and tantrums risk drowning.

But all the while there are people on shore watching for us to wave our arms in surrender and signal our need for help. Waiting. To assist. To release the help that gets us back to shore.

Beloved, let’s receive the help. Let’s accept the Lord’s answers, through whomever they come. Let’s humble prepare now for elevation…above soulish waters…and prepare to stand on the shore for others.

Pray with me. Kind Father, cause my soul to catch up to Your word of healing, prosperity and wholeness. Catch my feelings up to Your truth, and set my heart in Your word. Strengthen me to surrender, and strengthen me to submit to Your answer and rescue. I humble myself under Your mighty hand. Exalt my soul to wholeness in You. Loose me from all emotional prisons, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Selah, and love to all.
