Let Me Speak with the Manager (reflection)

escalateWhen the need is bigger than you…

When the people around you are unable to assist…

Before you act out of character to get your own way…

Before you overthink it, or go through a “chain of command”….

Escalate the issue.

At least a year ago my pastor taught about this — there are times and needs that supersede process and protocol, and we can cut through a bunch of stuff if we just ask to speak to the manager.

God is the manager. He remains in control of all things, even while we struggle and juggle to keep an appearance of authority and control. We get rigid and silent and reclusive to get alone and “get an answer”.

No my Dear Ones…just escalate the issue. Go straight to the Father and cast your care. Forget your fear of saying the “right” or “wrong” thing. When you escalate the need to the ONLY ONE who can bring resolution, just tell Him the truth. He’s the ONLY one in your life not offended by emotions.

Every thing is not about “going through” or “holding on” and every weight is not appointed for us to carry. Please, let Him do it… handle it… address it… and take it from you. Allow Your Father to care for you… teach you… love you… in this issue. He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think, according to the power that works in you.

What if that power is faith to escalate?

Selah, and love to all.
