Love is not a Feeling

Come on, Kingdom Queens, let’s bleed together.

whole heart in hands

If we just read the Bible we learn that love is not a feeling. It is both command and choice. Isaiah 1:18-20 fits right here. It says, “Come now, says Adonai, “let’s talk this over together. Even if your sins are like scarlet, they will be white as snow; even if they are red as crimson, they will be like wool. If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land; but if you refuse and rebel, you will be eaten by the sword”; for the mouth of Adonai has spoken” (CJB).

Willingness counts…and so does obedience. Here’s is what love is, precious ones!

Love is patient and kind, not jealous, not boastful, not proud, rude or selfish, not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrongs. Loves does not gloat over other people’s sins but takes delight in the truth. Love always bears up, always trusts, always hopes, always endures. Love never ends…

1 Corinthians 13:4-8a

And that love is in us, poured into our hearts by the Holy Ghost (Romans 5:5)! Let’s get a handle on these feelings, and get to love!

Join us on the line tonight at 8PM Central (9PM Eastern)! We continue in prayer for women’s hearts and women’s love walks. Conference line (862) 902-0241, access code 6360503.
