The Timeless Quality of The Queen Life

Hello Kingdom Queens,

I thought today fitting to share reflections (again) about this call to higher order living we accepted from the Father. Just about everything that concerns us requires us to consider time. With time comes certain designations — early, late, almost there, dragging behind, on time, short windows, long windows, running late, stalled, etc.

Recipes require time for completion. Cars and other mechanical items require time for repair. Clothes require time to wash, dry, fold and put away (or, dry clean and pick up!). Children, birthdays, and anniversaries mark time. You and I require time to align with God and stay with Him on this path to reigning.

Time limits produce pressure, depending on our preparation (or lack of it). Deadlines can give us a measuring stick for progress, or just a headache.

What is timeless is God’s Word. On an important, time-marking day in my life I want to encourage you to take another look at your call, your gifts, your ministry — look again at everything Godly that you are processing for or waiting for in time. Let’s try looking at it like it’s timeless. After all, it came from God. That means it is not only good and perfect (James 1:17), but it is also without expiration. It cannot wear out or rust while we catch up to it.

Let me remind us of Philippians 1:6 again.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Amen for vision and proper perspective. Love to all.
